But those moments don’t come very often enough to take us out of our overwhelming thoughts or situations about the world. The need to change our mindset because this doesn’t feel right to us needing to raise our spirit and smile more. We all are on the Pursuit of Happiness, but different people feel happiness for various reasons.

Start by building habits and hobbies that make you happy and don’t break the bank like working on improving or loving yourself, learning how to rest and renew, and finding ways to fuel your mind, body, and soul. This will help you navigate life’s ups and downs and to be your best self and to doing your best work at whatever you put your mind on.

To truly thrive start by taking responsibility for your actions whether good or bad. Happiness is a feeling that you can strengthen with practice. I always feel happy when I accept my situation instead of denying and not taking responsibility for my actions.
Denial always ends with acceptance so might as well skip the other stages and take responsibility and accept your situation. Then turn it into a positive by learning what others have done in your case to improve their situation and embrace the full range of the journey.

Aim on learning something new daily, when we were young, we use to be curious and always trying to soak up knowledge like a sponge. But after 12 years of school, most of us give up on our self as though we are failures not realizing that it’s the education system that has failed us by not cultivating our curiosity and creativity by only teaching us to regurgitate on tests and get a high score like a game.
With programs like Khan Academy, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Wikipedia you can continue to learn for free about anything but always tried to learn about a topic from two to three different sources as to divulge any false information and get different points of view.
If you are trying to be happier, it goes without saying that smiling and laughing more often will make you happy and it’s infectious improving your mood and the mood of others around you in whatever situation you may be.
Block out the nonsense, most things will catch your eyes but only pursue those that capture your heart.We are living this one life, and we need to stop feeling FOMO and know when to say NO not every opportunity is an excellent opportunity. Only pursue things you love and know you would give 110% every day.

As we don’t regret what we didn’t do only what half-assed with that being said don’t be too concerned with what was, what could be and what will be. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift that’s why it’s called the present.
Actively be kind to yourself and others around you with the intent to support and elevate them without expecting anything in return. Stop being entitled you are not better or superior to the person around you.
You are the average of the person around you so if you hate them thus you hate yourself and should aim to change the situation you’re in as there is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.
