8 Indulging Ways to stay fit

Fitness means that you have a healthy mind, as well as a healthy body. You are no longer slave to your glutton desires. Here are the 8 indulging ways to stay fit:

1. Staying healthy while staying on top of everything else

Some people have this mentality that being fit is a full-time job. That you can’t do anything else if you’re a gym rat. If you focus on your physique, you’re abandoning your brain. That brawns can’t have brains.

This isn’t true. Once you start exercising, you will understand that it isn’t like that.

Hitting the gym, or even exercising at home can take no longer than an hour or two. You spend more time than that worrying about your ever-growing belly.

Plus, after you start exercising, your body gains more energy, so it can do work more efficiently.

2. Eat healthy

Eating healthy is the most important thing that you can do to ensure that you are staying fit. Stop eating fast food. Stop going for mid-night snacks. Eat green vegetables and fruits. Listen to your parents who tell you what to eat.

Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you need to take supplements, by the way. These fat burners and muscle gainers are not all that healthy. Eating proper food is far healthier.

3. How to maintain your body

Eat healthy, and exercise on a daily basis (5 days a week, with 2 days of complete workout rest). Don’t skip breakfast, and drink loads of water.

4. 3 body types

There are three genetic body types, according to fitness trainers:

Ectomorph – Skinny people who have a lot of difficulty gaining muscle. Even if they gain muscle, their bodies just don’t show it.

Endomorph – People who don’t gain muscle easily, but gain fat very easily. These people have slow metabolism.

Mesomorph – The ideal body. Endomorphs gain muscle easily, and easily get rid of the fat in their bodies.

5. Water intake

Increase the amount of water you drink every day. Water is one of the most important ingredients in staying healthy and helping your body perform its usual functions.

Eat bananas. Eat apples. Eat all kinds of fruits. Drink milk. If you’re allergic to milk, get protein bars. Do anything you can to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you will ever need for a proper growth. You can check online protein calculators to ensure you are getting the right amount of nutrients for your body.

7. Work out your muscles efficiently

A good idea to work your muscles out efficiently is to listen to Athlean-X’s Jeff Cavalry. Do exercises that focus on a multiple muscles at once, instead of one muscle at a time. In other’ words, do compound exercises. This will not only save you precious time, but you will also feel like you’re exerting more effort.

8. How to get a lean body

In order to get a lean body, you will need to do more repetitions in every set than average. If you were doing 8-10 reps in a single set, go for 12 reps. Do 3 sets of each exercise.

Workout hard and don’t let sweat beat you. Sweat is good and is a sign that your body is losing fat and working hard.
